Wait for the Spring

Autumn has not gone yet,

Sun is about to set,

For the spring to come again,

We would have to wait.

Having shed their leaves,

Stretching their bare arms

To the sky, as if, to show

Have nothing up their sleeves.

In nature, it is usual,

Change is, but natural,

Many of us, remain indifferent,

With an approach casual.

Tree of life isn't evergreen,

Sometimes dry, then green,

Has many lessons to learn,

To weather challenges unforeseen.

With your head held high,

Eyes looking to the sky,

Hold yourself firmly to your ground

For rains to come, hope abound.
