Words are so meaningful,
Such a passionate, powerful tool
Learned in every language as a infant at school
As a child we mimic the words we hear
Our pronounciation is childlike tho as we mature
we are taught to speak clear
Aurally uttered in a variety of accents,
Different dialects, depending where one goes
As one travels the globe visiting new countries
The same words are sounded in local, recognised prose
An accent is a distinctive way of intonation
Associated with one’s country, area or class
A dialect is the regional, local tongue
Whilst it can sound posh with marbles in one’s mouth
It can also be heard sounding quite crass
Words are an expressional art
Used in an abundance of ways
Verbalized every time we open our mouths to communicate our thoughts and phrase
A necessary, sensory abilty for mankind, regardless of one’s nationality
Such a unique part of one’s everyday accustomed normality…
