With all my leaves withered, I stand
Bare naked, with brothers hand in hand
Witness to times, that lawfully change
Well, as time passes by,.. we all won't look this strange
We've been here, along, all through my life
I've seen my children born, no, not through a wife
Born on this land, where birds and the bees
Give me a hand, spreading my seeds
Learning that times do change, for all on this earth
But standing tall through all, will not change your worth
Times may make you wither, all for what you're known
But soon you'll get to see, how much you've really grown
We flower, we bloom, just as we grow new leaves
Glowing in new colors, just like elation turns to grief
Yes, we do grieve, when one of us does perish
But standing tall we've learnt, each times we must cherish
