It does not breath
Or bleed
But it’s alive
It’s with me
Wherever I go
Things I find
Sights I’ve seen
Others imagined
It gives me everything
It speaks up for me
Defends me from ….. silence
Knows me like—- no other
Stands up for me
Long after I’m gone
It goes on and on
Left behind one day to tell my story
This kind of friendship is hard to understand
No one knows me like you
These attempts to explain ——Effort to be understood
You were the only 1 that really… heard
Inside this man something… stirred ——-Always and a day My best friend…. Is word

Awww! I love your theme, Mr. Robert Bradley. I'm also of the opinion that words and books are one's best friend, most often than not.
