Hostage

Updated: Mar 19

Into the community these people came, green bands upon their head

Armed with weapons they shot the people dead

They entered a music festival where young people were enjoying their time

And opened fire, killing was their crime

People began to escape, they would jump into a car

Wanting to flee trying to get away far

But on the road we’re terrorists AT fleeing cars they shot

Who are these people? not even a Conscience they have got,

Not everyone was killed some were taken too

A grandmother, a baby taken, what could they do

Taken into Gaza now in a tunnel they stay

Waiting for a rescue, waiting for that day

Hamas committed a terrible massacre, humanity fell low

To kidnap a 10-month-old baby, how low can you go

Today many hostages are in Gaza, they shouldn’t be there

So, what can you do in response? Say a little prayer.
