The embrace of mortification’s breath as a thousand
percussions upon the body numbing the torment
Enraptured in the bliss of completeness, rest from
sorrow
A subtle procession into the vastness of the eternal
Where time ceases, and all is
As nothing-
Forever asleep
Immortally dreaming
Perpetually drifting
Into greater lakes of places, I do not know
Who am I, who is this person in the mirror, and of
what facade
Of what manner is an eye with which to behold?
In what do I peer
Silence
Withdrawal into the space between space
Where not even words can penetrate
Emptiness
Peace
Solitude
Mountainous caverns with depths that plummet into
virtual colossal celestial bodies
Only once again to disintegrate back into the cloud of
unknowing
Contentment in the void of contemplationlessness
A doing away of ruminations
Abolishment of slavery to the mind
Only to once again wonder
The question that drives
The all encompassing…
Oppressing possessor
The evermost
Eternal
Why
