BLUE TINCTURED STARS

Blue tinctured stars in the night

Invade my heart on a memory flight

A fugitive love lost, that was my plight

A broken heart that was once a delight.

We were once in a festive zone

Filled with love that splendidly bloomed

Yet now I trek a life alone and forlorn

Coz his confessed love failed to be a boon.

Now I gaze at the cloudy sky

With blue stars that dim my sight

Evocative night with lonesome celestial bodies

Create a frenzied longing for my beloved's company.

Queen Asteria of the Stars, I beg of you

Change the blue tint of the night to a brighter hue

Please bring back the love that once was ours

Restore the bower of affection, enliven my heart.
