I want to send a message
To someone I love.
I wanna say happy birthday
To my daddy up above.
Although you're not here to celebrate today,
I'll have a cold one for you anyway.
I could sit here and cry.
Ask God why? Or try to deny.
But instead, I sigh...
As I look at the sky..
Wondering what it's like to fly.
